Good to be back

We are back!!!!!!!

I want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding. I am feeling much better and I will be back at full force soon.

I would like to clear a few things up.

1. No one has enough juice to stop from doing what I do. Once in awhile I may go along with a request to wait on writing something so as not to interfere with bigger issues. That is not covering up, that is being responsible. I will never post anything that may interfere with an ongoing investigation, it is just not proper.

2. I am not a regular at Topix and really do not like posting there. If you have a question, feel free to post it here or email me. I will be happy to answer if possible.

3. Duke's Daily Blotter is not about rumor and innuendo. I post factual, verifiable information. Sometimes at my own peril. That is what I do.

4. I do not and will not employ IP tracking software. While I prefer people do not hide behind an anonymous moniker and talk crap, it is what it is. If any threats are made against me or my family then I will use all tools available to find that person and prosecute them.

5. We are going to continue on pretty much the same path from this point forward. I have no intention on stopping what I do.
